This group is lead by Shane Hughes who has over 30 years of professional engineering experience. EGR's Civil Design teams are each lead by a professional engineer with 10+ years of experience. Our technical staff utilizes the most current design tools for efficiently manage and develop all of our client's projects. Clint Beecroft, PE - Senior Engineer
Mr. Hughes brings 30+ years of professional engineering experience in both government and consulting. As EGR’s Principal Engineer, Mr. Hughes is familiar with nearly every project and is always available to provide strategic planning and project guidance. Mr. Hughes co-founded EGR in 1992 and has provided the leadership to grow the engineering to a department of nine designers and engineers.
In his professional career Mr. Hughes has specialized in the areas of land development, project management, wastewater facility planning and design, landfill permitting and design, environmental permitting, hydrology analysis, hydraulic analysis and design. Mr. Hughes has professional engineering registrations in the States of Oregon, Washington, California, and Texas.
Design Team Staff
|Mr. Beecroft joined the EGR team in 1992 and has 22+ years of professional experience in both government and consulting. He is currently serving in the role of Senior Engineer and leads a design team that is experienced in residential land development, urban street design, stormwater analysis and design, landfill design, and land use permitting. As a graduate from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Mr. Beecroft specializes in projects in southern Oregon.|
